Micatherm Sheets

Polymer Plastics manufactures and supplies premium-quality Micatherm Sheets engineered for demanding thermal and electrical insulation applications. Micatherm is a specialized mica-based insulation material that combines excellent heat resistance with superior dielectric properties, making it ideal for environments exposed to elevated temperatures and electrical stress.

Micatherm Sheets provide outstanding thermal insulation performance while maintaining excellent dimensional stability under continuous operating conditions. The material is capable of withstanding high temperatures without significant degradation, helping improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

The excellent electrical insulation characteristics of Micatherm make it suitable for switchgear systems, electrical assemblies, industrial heaters, furnaces, and power distribution equipment. Its high dielectric strength and arc resistance help ensure safe and reliable performance in critical electrical applications.

Micatherm Sheets also offer good mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, and resistance to thermal shock. These properties make them ideal for manufacturing thermal barriers, insulation panels, heater supports, electrical separators, and custom insulation components used in industrial processing systems.

Available in various thicknesses and custom dimensions, Micatherm Sheets provide a reliable solution for industries requiring high-performance thermal and electrical insulation materials capable of operating in demanding environments.
