UF Acrylic - Ultraviolet Filtering

Ultraviolet filtering is available in two formulations; UF-3 and UF-4. Both formulations have the same general physical properties as standard acrylic sheet but provide greater protection against ultraviolet light. UF-3 absorbs all ultraviolet radiation in the range below 395 nanometers. UF-4 absorbs all ultraviolet radiation in the range below 384 nanometers. Either UF formulation provides excellent protection for rare documents, painting, tapestries, and other art objects.
