Tygon Vinyl Tubing

Tygon Vinyl Tubing is the most widely specified modified vinyl tubing. Because no single tubing can possibly provide optimum values in all physical, chemical and electrical characteristics, Tygon tubing is available in numerous formulations to satisfy a wide range of applications.

Tygon tubings display an outstanding resistance to an exceptionally wide range of corrosives: both acids and alkalies, plus oils, water, and most solvents (except ketones, esters and certain aromatic hydrocarbons). They are physically tough, abrasion-resistant, and non-aging. Most formulations are either crystal clear or translucent, affording all the advantages of visual inspection and flow control.

B-44-3 Food and Beverage Hose: Completely odorless and tasteless. Non-toxic and can be sterilized with steam.
R-3603 Laboratory Tubing: Will handle safely virtually any chemical found in the laboratory. Extremely "soft" and flexible.
B-44-4X Processed Milk and Milk Products Hose: Compeltely safe and non-toxic and completely complies with all FDA requirements.
S-50-HL Surgical and Hospital Tubing: Develeoped especially for use in heart-lung machines, and artifical hearts and kidneys. Can be autoclaved or sterilized with chemicals or gas.
R-2807 Low Temperature: Retains flexibility down to -50 degrees F. Becomes brittle at -68 degrees F. Excellent range of chemical resistance and black in color.
R-2400 Semi-rigid General Utility Chemical Hose: The stiffest of the standard Tygon line. Superior resistance to oxidating and reducing acids. Black in color.
R-3400 Flexible General Utility Chemical Hose: More flexible version of R-2400. offers similar electrical and chemical resistance. Also black in color.
F-4040 Fuel and Lubricant Tubing: Flexible. Maintains its physical properties in contact with fuels, oils, and lubricants. Can handle low concentrates of weak acids and alkalies.
